How does shipping work?
Shipping is included in your package price and will be included in the invoice you receive after sending in an inquiry. For the full details on pickup, return, and timing, see our Rental Agreement.
When will I get my video?
It depends on your package: The Party includes raw digital footage delivered within 48 hours of your gear being returned. The Soiree adds a 3-5 minute highlight video within 1 week, and the Gala adds a 5-7 minute highlight video within 2 weeks.
What happens if the gear is lost or damaged?
If something happens to the gear in transit, our shipping insurance takes care of it. Once it's in your hands, you're responsible for the equipment for the rest of your rental period — see our Rental Agreement for full details.
Do my guests need any experience using the cameras?
Nope, no experience necessary! We include simple tip cards with every rental so anyone can pick up a camera and start shooting — it's all part of the vibe.
